Intro to Mindfulness Practice
Purpose: To teach beginners the fundamentals and techniques of mindfulness practice and provide a review for more experienced practitioners. Both are welcome, including teens and older.

Schedule: Saturday, 9 AM to 12 PM. The first class is on April 12, 2025.
