Dhamma Talks
A Dhamma talk refers to a discourse or lecture given by a monk, to provide guidance on the path to liberation through understanding the nature of reality as outlined in the Dhamma (the Buddha's teachings) with the goal of achieving enlightenment. Dhamma talks are gentle motivators for your own practice, not a substitute for practice itself.
